HTMLEdit
HTMLEdit is a WYSIWYG HTML editor component for Borland Delphi.
You can use HTMLEdit to quickly add HTML editing to your application with little
knowledge of HTML on your part and no knowledge of HTML on the part of your application's
users.
The component is being used in content management applications, in website maintenance
tools and in e-mail clients. It is designed around the needs of developers of content
management applications that deal with textual content and images, it is however
not intended as a replacement for applications such as DreamWeaver for layouting
entire websites.
HTMLEdit supports live spell-checking using Addictive Software's Addict component.
It includes an extensible SmartTag architecture for letting your users perform context-sensitive
operations (for example recognizing e-mail addresses while the user is typing and
offering him actions related to the typed address).
Since the component is a native VCL component you do not have to install any libraries
(e.g. DLLs) during application deployment. If you want to know more then click on
the link below.
The trial version
can be used to build fully functional applications which run in the Delphi IDE.
Customers receive the component's complete source code.
